SHERI DOUBRLEY

Paralegal

Sheri serves as the point of contact and case manager for Attorney Julia Price’s clients, helping to get them the information and answers they need efficiently in often stressful and time-sensitive situations.  Many of the clients she works with are in the midst of care transitions, addressing financial concerns, or other urgent and demanding situations.  Sheri’s many years of legal and administrative assistant experience have imbued her with the skills to address these high-intensity situations and help the client accomplish their goals quickly.  She does the practical work of scheduling calls and appointments, organizing documents and information, assisting in implementing strategies, drafting vital legal documents, and relaying information among the ELET team, the client, and other agencies, service providers, and family members – all with the warmth and compassion needed to calm nerves and help restore peace of mind.

What is the problem you are best at solving for your clients?

Families often seek help from our team in times of crisis. They find themselves in unfamiliar situations and are overwhelmed by all the information they receive and the urgency of completing all the steps needed to accomplish their goals.  I am a good listener and use the resources available to me at ELET to make the process of estate planning a little easier to understand and implement.

What excites you about your work and the contribution you make to the ELET team?

After working for years in workers’ compensation and insurance defense, I am thrilled to be part of team that helps make the lives of real people better in measurable and meaningful ways.

What do you love most about ELET?

I love how passionate everyone at ELET is about their work and about getting the absolute best outcome for all their clients. Everyone at ELET truly cares about the work they do and the people they work for.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, baking, or learning new self-defense techniques.

Fun fact:

I am a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoy teaching women of all ages self-defense.
