What is the problem you are best at solving for your clients?

Many of our first-time callers and current clients are upset or anxious about difficult family situations. As the first point of contact, I respond by letting them know that we can help solve their problems and get them to a better place. My goal is always to convey a sense of warmth and confidence so that by the end of the conversation they know they are in good hands.

What excites you about your work and the contribution you make to the ELET team?

I love being part of a team that provides such important and valuable services. I love that I get to work in an administrative position but still get to interact face-to-face with people, and I really enjoy the connections that I make with our clients.

What do you love most about ELET?

Everything! The staff that I work with are all such amazing people. This group really comes together to work as a team and delivers the best results for our clients.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

When I’m not at work I’m spending time with family, friends, and my boyfriend. I love trying out new restaurants, hanging out or hiking in Gatlinburg, or sightseeing in new places.

Fun fact:

I am a certified wedding and event planner.  I know how to throw a great party!
