June 12, 2019, (Knoxville, TN) – Elder Law of East Tennessee (ELET) announces the opening of their second office in Johnson City, TN starting on July 1, 2019. Since 2009, ELET has served clients throughout the eastern Tennessee region. The convenience of the new Johnson City location will lessen the strain on families that have previously traveled to the Knoxville office. Founder and Attorney Amelia Crotwell shares, “We feel excited and encouraged by the warm welcome from folks in the Tri-Cities area. Our goal is to spread the word that elder law is really elder care law with emphasis on care. We care about our clients and their families and we hope having an office in Johnson City will make life more convenient for the wonderful people we serve.”
Local native Attorney, Bailey Schiermeyer now has the opportunity to reconnect right in town with the opening of the new office. “I am thrilled to open an office in Johnson City and reconnect with the community where I was born and raised. East Tennessee, particularly the Tri-Cities area, is known for its strong worth ethic and love of family. Our approach to honoring elders by helping family’s make important care plans aligns beautifully with those values.” said Schiermeyer.
As part of elder care law and the Life Care Planning service a client is paired with an elder care coordinator. Cindy Hutson is ELET’s elder care coordinator currently supporting the entire Tri-Cities area. When asked about the opening of the new office Cindy said, “This will help our elders that struggle with long trips, but want our help with life care planning. It will allow them easier access to our firm at a time when they are looking to us for help. This so often is a time that is stressful for the elder and their family. Having us closer may help ease some of that stress.”
As ELET expands their footprint into Johnson City they have also added a new team member, Megan DeBolt in the newly created role of Relationship Manager. “At the heart of all we do is the unyielding commitment to the client centered experience. The opening of the ELET office in the tri-cities is a direct reflection of that commitment. With this new office, we will be able to best serve area clients and their families in a way that is meaningful and convenient to them.” Megan is organizing two events on July 25, 2019 for the official opening of the new office.
